A problem at our hosting provider has resulted in sporadic failure to send emails (game reminders and the like) from HappyTC.
We’re in contact with our provider and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
Further updates will be posted here as info becomes available.
Update, Apr 12, 20:40 ET: Our hosting provider reports the issue should now be resolved.
It was result of a change to their hosting management software which caused the hourly limit on emails sent to be reduced. This resulted in failures to send when the cap was reached. (The cap has been restored to its former value which is sufficient to allow HappyTC volumes of email.)
Apologies to all affected by this irritation.
