Mobile version (beta) of HappyTC is now available: http://happytc.com/htc/m

HappyTC mobile is Flash-free, so should be accessible by iPhone or iPad users. You don’t need to download or install anything presuming your mobile has a browser.  (HappyTC mobile is a squished-down web/html version of HappyTC.)

At present HappyTC mobile offers only a subset of HappyTC features; we’ll be enhancing it on an ongoing basis to bring it up to par with the full HappyTC experience.

  • You need to have already registered on the normal HappyTC website.
  • You need to sign in (i.e. you can’t simply “click” to access).
  • You can view team schedules & rosters for all teams attached to your account, but you can’t yet make edits (add/change games or players).
  • You can’t yet make changes to your account.

With the number of different mobile devices & browsers on the market, it’s impossible to “build once, run anywhere” — kind of like the Web in the 1990s. So you may find certain parts don’t work with your own mobile; please advise us and we’ll try to address.

Known issues so far:

  1. BlackBerry browsers do not properly support a standard web technique and so some (or all?) Blackberry browsers can’t use HappyTC mobile.
